Refund and cancellation policy

This is a customised service delivered per order, so the policy states plainly what applies at each stage rather than promising something that could not be honoured.

Full refund

• Before work starts. Cancel any time before the audit begins — full refund, no reason needed.
• Duplicate payment. Paid twice for the same order? The duplicate is refunded in full.
• We fail to deliver. If the report is not delivered because of a fault on this side, full refund.
• Material defect that cannot be corrected. If the report contains a material factual error about your DNS and a corrected report cannot be produced, full refund.

Correction first

For a material factual error, a corrected report is issued at no charge. Report it within 30 days. A refund applies only if the correction cannot be made.

No refund

• After the report has been delivered and is factually accurate. The work is customised to your domains and cannot be resold.
• Where the findings are accurate but not what you hoped to read. A report saying your configuration is already correct is a valid result.
• Where you submitted domains you were not authorised to submit. That order is cancelled without refund.

Where you supply nothing

If you do not supply valid domains within 30 days of ordering, the order is cancelled and fully refunded.

Disputes

Email markol@tradeuniquecapital.com first — most issues are a correction, not a refund. Raising a chargeback before contacting us makes the matter slower for both sides.
