Who handles your data

What is collected

• The domains you submit for audit.
• Your contact email address.
• Your confirmation that you are authorised to submit each domain, with a timestamp.
• Order and payment records: order reference, amount, currency, status and the payment reference. Card details are never seen or stored here.
• Public DNS records for the domains you submit. These are already public.

What is not collected

No mailbox contents, no credentials, no tracking across other sites, no advertising profiles, and no card or bank details.

Why

To perform the audit you ordered, to deliver the report, and to keep the records required for accounting and tax.

Payment processing

Where a payment provider is used, that provider processes the payment and receives the data it needs to do so, under its own privacy policy. Card data is handled by the provider and never reaches this service.

Retention

Order and payment records are retained as long as accounting and tax rules require. Audit inputs and reports are retained for 24 months so a corrected report can be issued, then deleted on request or at that point.

Sharing

Your data is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. It is disclosed only to a payment provider where you pay through one, or where the law requires.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing markol@tradeuniquecapital.com. Deletion requests are honoured except where a record must be retained for tax or accounting.
