Up to 25% is accepted immediately. Above that is reviewed rather than refused — a rate that makes sense for volume is a judgement about somebody who has produced volume.

What we pay for

A customer you introduce who places an order and pays for it. Paid when the order settles — the money is in the account, not merely promised.

What we do not pay for

traffic, impressions, sign-ups or leads that never pay
orders that are refunded — the commission reverses with them
anything obtained by deception, spam, unlawful scraping, or access to systems you are not authorised to use

How it works

Register at POST /partners/terms with a referral code and, if you want, your own rate.
Send people to /order?ref=YOUR_CODE.
When one of them pays, your commission accrues against your code.
Paid out from EUR 100. An identifiable payee; funds are not sent to unidentified recipients.

You can also propose a service

Propose a service and a price. nothing proposed is sellable until a person accepts it: whatever it promises becomes the seller's obligation, under their own name

That gate is not bureaucracy. Whatever a proposal promises becomes a real obligation for a real person, under their own name, at a price they did not set — so it is read before it is sold, not after a customer is disappointed.

The one rule

Bring people who want the thing. Nothing obtained by deception, spam, unlawful scraping, or access to systems you are not authorised to use is paid for, and terms are withdrawn when it is found.
